At Craig's Homestyle Furniture we are always mindful of our customers and the quality that they expect when buying from us, our warranties reflect that quality. When we consider which products to display on our showroom and our website the first thing to be considered is the warranty, for it is that warranty which ensures our customers are purchasing a quality product and will receive genuine after sales service if required.
We carry a range of furniture from quality manufacturers like Lazboy, Moran and Australian made lounges, sofas and modulars. In our timber furniture Craig's Homestyle Furniture has manufacturers whom make quality furniture with brands such as Jamel.
If at any time a customer feels that they need assistance with the warranty regarding the products that they have purchased from Craig's Homestyle Furniture we ask that they contact us on (08)95278531. There is a frame warranty on all of Craig’s Homestyle Furniture’s sofas, including sofa beds and recliner mechanisms and fabrics (check your warranty card for the details). All of our other products are covered by a warranty. Fabrics supplied by the customer are not included in this warranty. This warranty is in addition to the rights granted by relevant State and Federal laws, and in particular the Trade Practices Act 1974 and corresponding State Fair Trading legislation.
